Infonet Intro Image Infonet Systems & Services Private Limited has been in business since 1984. During this time, the company has implemented hundreds of successful IT projects covering a diverse application and customer base.

Originally a pioneer in data communications technologies, Infonet was among the first companies to work on the early Local Area Networks of the 1980s and supplying solutions for that market segment.

From that exciting beginning, Infonet has moved into other areas of Information Technology and had done so with proficiency. As a company, we had supplied mission critical business solutions to our customers that include enterprise level storage solutions and highly redundant computing hardware.

During the 1990s, Infonet realised that with shrinking margins from hardware sales, the company has to re-invent itself as a full-blown end-to-end services provider, to ensure continued growth. With this decision, Infonet embarked on building its services offerings that include,

  • a credible Call Centre setup for office hours helpdesk and support management
  • a workshop for repair of OEM products as an Approved Service Centre
  • a fleet of vehicles to be used for on-site maintenance visits that include home repair services
  • in-house developed and tested RMA procedures for product warranty returns
  • well-trained technicians that can provide quality on-site desktop equipment services to our customers
  • continued investment in building a team of qualified engineers to provide professional services in areas such as storage consolidation, network security and software development
  • an innovative incentive program to encourage our staff in improving customer service and satisfaction
